1. Introduction

This website, https://drsleather.com/ (the "Site"), is owned and operated by drsleather, daniel stratton, trading as drs leather. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and your purchase of goods from drs leather. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Custom Orders

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of leather craft, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur between the final product and the image shown.

  • Custom Orders:

    • Agreement: All custom orders are subject to a separate agreement on specifications, pricing, and estimated completion time.

    • Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price may be required before work begins.

    • Returns/Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in  GBP and include  VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

  • Payment: We accept payment via  Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. Goods will only be shipped once full payment has been received and cleared.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We ship products to UK, usa and other selected country's  . Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are  7-14 working days for UK. These are estimates only, and drs leather is not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Standard Products: You have the right to cancel your order and return standard (non-custom) products within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, you must contact us at drsleather@outlook.com for instructions. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods, provided the item is in original condition.

  • Exclusions: As noted above, custom-made items are exempt from the standard return policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and photographs, is the property of drs leather and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

drs leather will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England . Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
