Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Please note that leather craft items that are made-to-order (as specified on the product page) require an additional production time of 7-14 business days before they are ready for shipment. This estimate will be clearly communicated at the time of order.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.

  • Inventory: If we anticipate any significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you immediately via email.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Legal Note (UK): We are legally required to deliver goods within 30 days from the day after your order is placed, unless a different delivery time is expressly agreed upon. If we fail to deliver within a specified, agreed-upon essential date, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 days.

  • We use  Royal Mail for shipping services.


4. International Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: drs leather is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Delivery Delays: International delivery times are estimates and may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which are outside of our control.


5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

drs leather is responsible for ensuring the product is delivered to the customer in the agreed condition. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods are physically delivered to you.

  • Damages: If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately at drsleather@outlook.com with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or a refund.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local postal sorting office. If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will process a replacement order or issue a full refund.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
